The work draws on the Christian-mythological motif of the fall of Satan/Lucifer and his companions from heaven, cast down by the archangel Michael after a long struggle. In this narrative, part of heaven itself is torn away and becomes hell. The allegory connects this fall to humanity’s enduring desire to become godlike by creating thinking life. In this context, the motif becomes a powerful reflection on artificial intelligence and its unpredictable development. It suggests that technologies once created to elevate humanity may also lead toward loss of control and, potentially, into the abyss.
