Fürstenweg UNIQUE FINE ART & THE ART HUB

1. Scope & Acceptance
These Terms & Conditions govern all collaborations between artists, collectors, and Fürstenweg UNIQUE FINE ART / THE ART HUB.
They apply once accepted prior to entering an agreement and remain accessible online at any time.
For consumer transactions, the applicable statutory requirements and confirmation duties apply.

2. Revenue Structure
THE ART HUB operates with a clear 60/40 model:
artists receive sixty percent of each sale; forty percent supports international marketing, curatorial guidance, documentation, digital infrastructure, and client communication.
This structure applies to all sales resulting from our shared visibility and promotional activities.

3. Cooperation & Rights
Artists confirm authorship of their works and the accuracy of all submitted data.
Fürstenweg may use provided images and texts for presentation, marketing, documentation, and publications within the Women in Art Initiative.
To protect the artist’s positioning and ensure consistent communication, sales inquiries generated through our platforms or marketing efforts are handled by Fürstenweg.
This preserves a unified process, safeguards documentation, and ensures the agreed revenue structure.
Direct arrangements outside this coordinated framework are not part of the collaboration.

4. Sales Process
Prices are agreed upon jointly.
Artist payouts follow the successful completion of a sale.
Transport, insurance, and export matters are arranged separately and may vary by region.
Fürstenweg may request additional information to ensure correct processing or provenance verification.

5. Liability
Fürstenweg is liable solely in accordance with statutory law in cases of intent or gross negligence.
No liability is assumed for incorrect artist information, delays caused by third parties, technical issues, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

6. Copyright
Artists retain full copyright.
Fürstenweg receives a non-exclusive right to use submitted material as required for international presentation, promotion, and documentation.

7. Withdrawal Rights
Consumer withdrawal rights follow the applicable legal provisions.
For digital services that begin immediately, withdrawal may expire as permitted by law.

8. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and may be stored where legally permitted or operationally required.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to Austrian law.
Jurisdiction is Salzburg.
The current version is always available online.
