Celebrating Creativity: The Inaugural Event at Art Palace Prague
Our Mission and Actions
Under the leadership of renowned art book author and Chief Curator Ing. Reinhard Fuchs, THE ART HUB is dedicated to correcting the profound imbalances in the art world, particularly for women artists. In an industry where only 5% to 15% of artworks traded at auctions are by women, compared to 85% to 95% by men, our initiative strives to shift this disparity. By focusing on female artists, THE ART HUB aims to enhance their visibility and presence in the art scene. Our goal is to make women's art more accessible to a broader audience and achieve a more balanced gender representation at art auctions and exhibitions, thereby contributing significantly to cultural diversity and promoting equality within the art sector.
Our carefully selected participants from 16 different countries include:
Albei-Wigger Nicoleta, Andrees Valentina, Applebaum Lena, Atanaskovska-Bona Valbona, Bockemühl Sabina, Brisudova Jana, Dózsa-Farkas Krisztina, Duchêne Michêle, Fathi Golnaz, Gerenstein Beatriz, Hadengue Laïna, Kędzierska Dominika, Kjøk Sol, Leibkuechler Merav, Markus Mária, Norman Zoe Elizabeth, Petri Annemarie, Rabenstein Jolanta, Richter Jolanda, Wilkinson Celia, Xiaoyang Galas, Zimmermann Danielle.
